Focused on service quality, S&V makes qualified team available, composed of PhD professional, engineers, technicians and specialists aiming to comply with and exceed our customers´ expectations.

All our employees are certified on their specialties. In compliance with the quality standards, these certifications are recycled at least annually for all service levels.  

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

The objective of the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance services is to keep the availability of the system and the equipment homologated by S&V. As a service process, we opted for a sole contact point, to solve all occurrences, either remotely, by means of clear and correct instructions, or sending a specialized technician to the site.

The maintenance service is provided with a SERVICE DESK with a structure for service and calls related to maintenance, technical operation, incidents or events reported in the software and hardware areas. This group is concentrated at S&V, São Carlos unit, a location where it concentrates its center for research and development of all solutions implemented by S&V.

Monitoring

This activity consists in the remote management of the system, identifying possible system problems, acting proactively in maintenance, without any impact on the operation (ex: data network communication failure, power failure - nobreak functioning, among others).

Service Desk

Each call generates a protocol number and a feedback mail to the requester, in addition to generating reports to be used in the monthly evaluation meetings, which measure the levels of compliance with SLA.

Call Management

All calls made by the contracting to the contracted company will receive the same protocol number, "trouble ticket" issued by the contracting company.
